Electronic artist Aurien introduces a new creative chapter with the launch of Château Bonheur Musique, a newly unveiled record label opening its catalogue with debut single ‘Empatia’ alongside collaborator Jab Vix.

Conceived as a boutique hotel of sound, Château Bonheur Musique is designed around atmosphere, emotion, and immersive electronic music experiences. Each release represents a different room within the Château, with its own identity, mood, and sonic character.

The label debuts with ‘Empatia’, a collaborative release from Aurien and Jab Vix that establishes the musical direction and foundation of the imprint. Through the Aurien alias, Paul van Dyk explores a broader and more multifaceted side of his sound, moving into a space shaped by melodic depth, subtle textures, and refined electronic production.

The release of ‘Empatia’ also features an ‘Elegant Mix', offering an alternative interpretation built around a more understated and polished arrangement while retaining the emotional core of the release.

Created in collaboration with Jab Vix, ‘Empatia’ balances melodic electronic elements with warm atmospheres and fluid rhythm, capturing the intimate and escapist aesthetic at the centre of Château Bonheur Musique. The release reflects the label’s wider focus on emotionally resonant electronic music designed for both personal listening and shared spaces.

The identity of Château Bonheur Musique positions the imprint as more than a traditional record label, instead presenting an evolving creative environment where music, atmosphere, and feeling remain central to the listener’s experience.

As the first release on the imprint, ‘Empatia’ marks the opening chapter of Château Bonheur Musique and introduces the sonic identity of the label’s forthcoming catalogue.
