Electronic artist & wellness advocate N1NJA unveils 'Alpine Air (Breathwork Version)’

N1NJA unveils a unique breathwork edition of her latest track ‘Alpine Air’, the debut release on her newly launched label, ‘Tales Of Twilight’. Crafted as a single-breath journey in Dolby Atmos, this immersive piece draws on decades of practice in breathwork, Qigong, and energy work, inviting listeners to reconnect, reset, and rediscover stillness amid life’s accelerating pace.

Narrated by N1NJA, the breathwork version is stripped of percussion and shaped with spacious sound design and natural resonance, evoking the alpine altitude that inspired the track. Symbolically tied to its catalogue number 001, the one-minute composition mirrors a powerful pranayama technique, encouraging deep release and renewal through breath and sound.

With a sonic journey that began 17 years ago as a resident DJ for Buddha Bar, N1NJA has long explored the intersection of sacred Eastern instrumentation and electronic music. Her collaborations with brands like Lululemon have furthered her mission to create sound-based wellness experiences, turning every performance into a ritual of mindfulness, storytelling, and self-discovery.

N1NJA comments:

“I have been a student of breathwork, universal energies, and the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong for decades. Wellness is one of my most important value pillars; it’s what keeps me grounded in the extremely fast-paced life of the music and motorsport industries, and also what helps me rewire my brain from Dyspraxia, something I gave a TEDx talk around a few years ago.

Farah Nanji, known as N1NJA, has forged a distinctive space at the intersection of music and motorsport. With music as her yin and racing as her yang, she combines creative expression with technical precision through hypnotic soundscapes of ethnic instruments drawn from her Indian and East African heritage.

Championed by DJ Mag as a “fast-rising, mega-talented star” and supported by John Digweed, Sasha, and Laurent Garnier, N1NJA has packed dancefloors at clubs including Pacha Destino, Space Miami, and the Steelyard. She has released on acclaimed labels such as Mobilee, Sounds of Khemit, and Sol Selectas. Beyond music, Farah is a curator at IMS alongside Pete Tong, a motorsports entrepreneur, and a podcaster. Diagnosed with Dyspraxia as a child, she has explored how rhythm and focus can rewire the brain, becoming one of the few artists to deliver a TEDx talk on the subject.

The breathwork version of ‘Alpine Air’ will be released on October 31st, via ‘Tales Of Twilight’, offering a meditative sonic journey that bridges the worlds of electronic music and mindful practice.
