N1NJA’s ‘Alpine Air’ receives hypnotic remix from BURAK SIS

Following the launch of N1NJA’s new label, ‘Tales Of Twilight’, and its debut single ‘Alpine Air’, the label now presents a remix by producer BURAK SIS, known for his deep sense of rhythm and emotion. ‘Alpine Air’ also includes a breathwork version in Dolby Atmos, narrated by N1NJA and conceived as a single-breath journey reflecting its catalogue number, 001.

The remix of ‘Alpine Air’ amplifies ‘Tales Of Twilight’s’ ethos of storytelling through sound, capturing the contrast of stillness and movement found in the mountains. BURAK SIS’ interpretation brings the track to a new dimension, creating a sonic journey that resonates both on the dancefloor and in the imagination.

BURAK SIS channels a raw energy shaped by his Turkish roots and German upbringing, influenced early on by his father’s hypnotic folk sessions. After discovering DJ culture in Frankfurt and Mannheim’s underground clubs, he developed a distinctive House sound driven by musicality and heritage rather than trends. His international releases, including ‘Nesrib’ and ‘Trompeta’ on Ricardo Villalobos’ label, earned him Groove Magazine’s ‘Producer of the Year’ in 2008, becoming a Cocoon resident in Ibiza, launching his Cocolino label, and hosting nights at Berlin’s Watergate. Recognised as a pioneer of the Burning Man sound, BURAK SIS continues to perform worldwide, including in Playa Del Carmen and Tulum for Circoloco, while expanding his extensive discography.

Born from a connection to the rhythms of nature and the energy of speed, N1NJA’s ‘Alpine Air’ uses her field recordings of snowmobiles and skis carving through the Alps, layered with expansive, emotive synths to evoke the freedom of the mountains. The track is the first release on her new label, ‘Tales Of Twilight’, a home for storytelling through the elements and their energy.

Farah Nanji, known as N1NJA, has forged a distinctive space at the intersection of music and motorsport. With music as her yin and racing as her yang, she combines creative expression with technical precision through hypnotic soundscapes of ethnic instruments drawn from her Indian and East African heritage.

Championed by DJ Mag as a “fast-rising, mega-talented star” and supported by John Digweed, Sasha, and Laurent Garnier, N1NJA has packed dancefloors at clubs including Pacha Destino, Space Miami, and the Steelyard. She has released on acclaimed labels such as Mobilee, Sounds of Khemit, and Sol Selectas. Beyond music, Farah is a curator at IMS alongside Pete Tong, a motorsports entrepreneur, and a podcaster. Diagnosed with Dyspraxia as a child, she has explored how rhythm and focus can rewire the brain, becoming one of the few artists to deliver a TEDx talk on the subject.

Earlier this year, ‘Tales Of Twilight’ launched with an intimate, invite-only event overlooking Mont Blanc in Val d’Isère. The label has since continued to grow its presence through curated secret gatherings at key cultural locations, including London, Ibiza during the closing season, upcoming at ADE in Amsterdam, and returning to the Alps in Switzerland.
